C-art is a new art collective consisting of an established sculptor and installation artist (Mandy Francis), an environmentally sustainable Architect specialising in unusual solutions to procure low cost community architecture (Milos Obradovic) and a very experienced Electrical Engineer (Momcilo Obradovic) who has a special interest in mechanics and who has built various inventions during his long and colourful career. Being family members, they have observed and supported each other's individual projects for years. C-art is a generous art making tool that addresses things they are all passionate about like questioning social inequalities, commercialism versus public urban space, real versus manufactured cultural differences and the freedom of speech and expression.
